Milltown Residential Complex

The construction company Monolit Bau operates as the General Contractor and is erecting (or constructing) buildings No. 3, 5, 6, 7 and the Trade and Office Center (or Commercial and Office Center).
Residential Complex "Milltown" Building No. 3
In January 2021, the construction company Monolit Bau began the construction of Building No. 3 and performed the following works:
  • Excavation and Foundation Works
    The work performed is:
    1. Installation of a crushed stone and sand sub-base 10 cm thick.
    2. Laying a concrete blinding layer (10 cm thick).
    3. Pouring foundation slabs totaling 675 m3.
  • Erection of the walls for Building No. 3
    The following works were completed:
    • Building frame exceeding 2,500 linear meters.
    • Installation of 15 stair flights.
    • Installation of interior walls exceeding 1,275 m3.
    • Installation of partitions exceeding 5,850 m3.
  • Completion of Building No. 3
    The construction of the facility began in January 2021, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC (TOV "Integral-Bud"). All work is being carried out in compliance with the design documentation and all building codes and standards. In 2022, the building, with a total area of 5,369 m2, was commissioned (or put into operation).
Residential Complex "Milltown" Building No. 5
In February 2021, the construction company Monolit Bau began the construction of Building No. 5 and performed the following works:
  • Ground and Foundation Construction
    Installation of a crushed stone and sand sub-base.
    Laying a concrete blinding layer (10 cm thick).
    Pouring of foundation slabs (using C20/25 concrete).
  • Erection of the walls for Building No. 5

    Installation of Stair Flights
    Installation of Interior Walls
    Installation of Partitions
  • Completion of Building No. 5

    • Pouring of foundation slabs (using C20/25 concrete).
  • Construction of the walls for Building No. 6

    Installation of interior walls.
    Installation of partitions.

  • Completion of Building No. 7

MillTown Shopping Center
In June 2023, the construction company Monolit Bau began the construction of the MillTown Shopping Center (or MillTown Commercial Center) and performed the following works:
  • Ground and Foundation Construction
    Installation of a crushed stone and sand sub-base.
    Laying a concrete blinding layer (10 cm thick).
    Pouring of foundation slabs (using C20/25 concrete).
  • Wall Construction
    Building Frame
    Installation of Stair Flights
    Installation of Interior Walls
    Installation of Partitions

  • Excavation of the foundation pit

    Laying the Crushed Stone and Sand Sub-base for the Foundation (or Formation of the Aggregate-Sand Base for the Foundation)

  • Concreting of the foundation

    Before pouring the foundation, our workers carry out preparatory works, and once it achieves sufficient strength, they begin the erection of monolithic-frame structures (or reinforced concrete frame structures)..

  • Construction of monolithic-frame structures

  • Foundation waterproofing

    To protect the foundation from moisture and deterioration, foundation waterproofing is carried out.

  • Masonry of walls and partitions

    For the construction of walls and interior partitions on the site, the following materials were used: solid brick M-100, ceramic block 2-12-NF (or Porotherm 2-12 NF), and autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block (or gas block).

  • Laying of engineering networks

    Installation of internal engineering utilities, including heating supply networks, water supply networks, drainage/sewerage systems, and general pipeline installation.

  • Facade works

    Facade works. The quality of external finishing works determines not only the beauty of the building but also its durability and energy-saving properties.
