We are looking for masonry teams/crews for bricklaying work on our construction sites. Projects include multi-story residential buildings.

Job Details:

• Projects: Multi-story residential buildings (apartments).
• Payment: Piece-rate wages (based on output).
• Rate: From 1150 UAH per cubic meter (UAH 1150/m3) and higher.
• Frequency: Payment is made twice a month.

MONOLITHIC CONSTRUCTION TEAMS WANTED (Lviv / Western Ukraine)

We are urgently seeking monolithic construction teams/crews (formwork, rebar, concrete) for work on our construction sites. Projects include multi-story residential buildings.

Job Details:

• Projects: Multi-story buildings (high-rise residential).
• Payment: Piece-rate wages (based on output).
• Rate: From 1300 UAH per cubic meter (UAH 1300/m3) and higher (depending on the project).
• Frequency: Payment is made twice a month (bi-weekly).

Benefits & Logistics:

• Accommodation: Provided free of charge (temporary barracks/trailers on the construction site).
• Transportation: Organized transport to the construction sites is available from Lviv and Lviv Oblast (region).

Handymen are needed for monolithic-frame construction.
Conditions:
Payment - 1000 UAH/day.
Payment 2 times a month.
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 08:00-18:00.

Vacancy: Site Foreman / Construction Supervisor (Monolithic-Frame)


Responsibilities:

• Management of work execution on monolithic-frame construction projects.
• Fulfilling production goals in accordance with schedules and construction execution plans.
• Preparing requisitions for construction machinery, transport, materials, structures, components, tools, inventory, and other necessities.
• Participation in the acceptance of completed objects, work stages, and individual work complexes.
• Maintaining the work execution log, documentation for accounting for completed work and working hours.
• Control and enforcement of workers' compliance with safety regulations, labor protection standards, and production and labor discipline.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position within the construction industry—more than 2 years.

Working Conditions:

• Salary: 40,000 UAH (UAH 40,000)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
