  • House 9 in the Semytsvit Residential Complex.
    The construction of the house began in August 2018 and was completed in 2019, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC. The facility has a total area of ​​11,182 m².
  • House 10 in the Semytsvit Residential Complex.
    The construction of the building began in May 2019, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC (TOV "Integral-Bud"). The project, with a total area of 10,482 m2, was successfully completed in 2020 and commissioned (put into operation).
  • House 11 in the Semytsvit Residential Complex.
    The construction of the building began in August 2017 and was completed in 2018, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC (TOV "Integral-Bud"). The project, with a total area of 11,466 m2, was successfully completed and commissioned (put into operation). The building is already fully occupied today.

The pearl of the central part of Lviv

The Semytsvit Residential Complex is located in the central part of the city of Lviv, within walking distance of the Opera House.

    Construction work on the project began in November 2017 and was completed in 2017, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC (TOV "Integral-Bud"). The facility, with a total area of 8,443 m2, was successfully completed and commissioned (put into operation).

  • House 15 in the residential complex "Semytsvit"

    Successfully completed and commissioned (put into operation) in 2017. Work on the project was carried out in accordance with the documentation, building codes, and standards.

  • House 16 in the residential complex "Semytsvit"

    The construction of the building began in March 2019 and was completed in 2020, commissioned by Integral-Bud LLC (TOV "Integral-Bud"). The project, with a total area of 3,387 m2, was successfully completed and commissioned (put into operation).

    To protect the foundation from moisture and deterioration, foundation waterproofing is carried out.

  • Masonry of walls and partitions

    For the construction of walls and interior partitions on the site, the following materials were used: solid brick M-100, ceramic block 2-12-NF (or Porotherm 2-12 NF), and autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block (or gas block).

  • Laying of engineering networks

    Installation of internal engineering utilities, including heating supply networks, water supply networks, drainage/sewerage systems, and general pipeline installation.

  • Facade works

    Facade works. The quality of external finishing works determines not only the beauty of the building but also its durability and energy-saving properties.
