"Shengen" Residential Complex
The construction company Monolit Bau has completed the construction of Building No. 11 in the "Shengen" Residential Complex.

In September 2020, the construction company Monolit Bau began the construction of Building No. 11 and performed the following works:
- Ground and Foundation ConstructionConcrete pouring of the foundation. After the preparatory work is carried out, the first stage in construction is the concrete pouring of the foundation. Once the monolith solidifies and gains strength, construction work can proceed, allowing for the erection of walls and the frame, as well as the application of foundation waterproofing.
- Construction of the walls for Building No. 11The following works were completed:
- Installation of the building frame (or Structural frame erection).
- Installation of stair flights.
- Installation of walls and partitions.
- Completion of Building No. 11The construction of the facility began in September 2021, commissioned by RIEL LLC (TOV "RIEL"). All work is being carried out in compliance with the design documentation and all building codes and standards. The building was commissioned (or put into operation) in 2022.

Excavation of the foundation pit
Laying the Crushed Stone and Sand Sub-base for the Foundation (or Formation of the Aggregate-Sand Base for the Foundation) -
Concreting of the foundation
Before pouring the foundation, our workers carry out preparatory works, and once it achieves sufficient strength, they begin the erection of monolithic-frame structures (or reinforced concrete frame structures).. -
Foundation waterproofing
To protect the foundation from moisture and deterioration, foundation waterproofing is carried out. -
Masonry of walls and partitions
For the construction of walls and interior partitions on the site, the following materials were used: solid brick M-100, ceramic block 2-12-NF (or Porotherm 2-12 NF), and autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block (or gas block). -
Laying of engineering networks
Installation of internal engineering utilities, including heating supply networks, water supply networks, drainage/sewerage systems, and general pipeline installation.
